Welcome to the CX AI Hub!

You can find the Hub under the final tab of your Individual client response. Navigate to a response via the Activity Responses page, Contact page, or Account page. This report icon will bring you to the individual response page.

Here, you can see your contact's survey response. Navigate to the tab called "CX AI Hub" (the final tab). There will be four AI-generated options for you.

Use the prompt buttons to generate the feedback. Use the refresh icon to regenerate the AI feedback, the copy button to copy the feedback, and the trash icon to delete the feedback.
