The Encompass-CX, Inc. (“Encompass-CX”) shares your concerns about maintaining the privacy of personal information collected on the Internet. The following Privacy Policy discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of Encompass-CX in connection with the Encompass-CX.com & app.Encompass-CX.com websites (including all web and internet properties with the “Encompass-CX.com” and all other “Encompass-CX.com” domains) (collectively, the “Site”). Encompass-CX will cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

  2. SECURITY MEASURES. Encompass-CX takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.Encompass-CX restricts access to your personal information to employees who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services. Please note, however, that Encompass-CX cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from Encompass-CX via the Site or e-mail. Accordingly, Encompass-CX is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet.

  1. ACCESS TO AND ABILITY TO CORRECT PERSONAL DATA. Upon request via postal mail or e-mail, Encompass-CX will provide to users a summary of any personal information retained by Encompass-CX regarding the user.
