The Encompass-CX, Inc. (“Encompass-CX”) shares your concerns about maintaining the privacy of personal information collected on the Internet. The following Privacy Policy discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of Encompass-CX in connection with the Encompass-CX.com & app.Encompass-CX.com websites (including all web and internet properties with the “Encompass-CX.com” and all other “Encompass-CX.com” domains) (collectively, the “Site”). Use of the Site constitutes consent to Encompass-CX’s collection and use of personal data as outlined herein.

  1. This policy covers how Encompass-CX treats personal information that Encompass-CX collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Site.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM SITE USERS; COOKIES ENCOMPASS-CX provides services and Content through the Site and, generally, does not use the Site for the sole purpose of collecting personal information from users. However, as part of providing such services and Content, Encompass-CX may collect and/or track (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of computer, and type of Web browser of users to the Site, (2) the e-mail addresses of users that communicate with Encompass-CX or the Site via e-mail, (3) information knowingly provided by users in online forms, registration forms, surveys, etc. (including name, address, e-mail and other personal profile data), and (4) aggregate and user-specific information on which pages users access. Encompass-CX may place Internet “cookies” on users’ hard drives. Internet cookies save data about individual users, such as the user’s screen preferences, the dates and times of previous visits and the pages viewed by the user. When the user revisits the Site, Encompass-CX may recognize the visitor by the Internet cookie and customize the user’s experience accordingly. Users may decline Internet cookies, if any, by using the appropriate feature of their Web browser software, if available. However, declining to use cookies may impede the ability of the Site to function properly. When a user performs a search within the Site, Encompass-CX may record information identifying the user or linking the user to the search performed. Encompass-CX may also record limited information associated with every search request made by the user and use that information to, among other things, solve technical problems with the service. In the event of a transfer of ownership of Encompass-CX, such as acquisition by or merger with another company, Encompass-CX will provide notice before any personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

 

As you browse www.encompass-cx.com advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partners then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with www.encompass-cx.com. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number.  You can visit this page to opt out of partners’ targeted advertising. We also comply with the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising as managed by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). Encompass-CX may use the data it collects for internal purposes, namely, for solving technical problems, calculating overall usage statistics, for marketing and promotional purposes, product development, and content improvement. Encompass-CX will not disclose to third parties any personal information, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal processes (e.g. subpoenas), or to protect the rights or property of Encompass-CX. Encompass-CX will cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

  2. SECURITY MEASURES. Encompass-CX takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Encompass-CX restricts access to your personal information to employees who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services. Please note, however, that Encompass-CX cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from Encompass-CX via the Site or e-mail. Accordingly, Encompass-CX is not responsible for the security of information transmitted via the Internet.

  1. ACCESS TO AND ABILITY TO CORRECT PERSONAL DATA. Upon request via postal mail or e-mail, Encompass-CX will provide to users a summary of any personal information retained by Encompass-CX regarding the user. Users may modify, correct, change or update personally identifiable information that Encompass-CX has collected by the Site or may cause their personal record to be removed from Encompass-CX’s database by contacting Encompass-CX via postal mail or e-mail to the addresses indicated in paragraph 5 above.

  2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FROM CHILDREN. Encompass-CX does not knowingly solicit information from children and we do not knowingly market the Site or its services to children.

  3. Encompass-CX’s RIGHT TO CONTACT USERS. Encompass-CX reserves the right to contact users of the Site who have provided Encompass-CX with contact information unless they are opt-out of such communication as provided in paragraph 5 above.
