Download your survey data, including distributions, submissions, heatmap, and gap analysis. Use the arrow icon to download as a file or the folder icon to upload to the system’s File Box.

Distributions: Lists all contacts who have received an invitation for the selected survey.

Submissions: Lists all contacts who have submitted a response to the selected survey. If self-assessment is turned on, those responses will also appear in this file.

Heatmap: Provides a color-coded analysis of survey submissions. 

Gap Analysis: If self-assessment is turned on, this file will contain an analysis of the scores from contact responses and corresponding self-assessment responses.
