Edit, Delete, Deactivate Contacts

Edit or Delete (via Account page)

  1. Click on the Account menu item

  2. Click the contact's account name

  3. Scroll down to the contacts section

  4. In the row of the contact, use the edit or delete icons


Edit or Deactivate (via Contact page)

  1. Click on the Contact menu item

  2. Click the contact's name

  3. Click the "Edit Contact" button

  4. Either edit the contact details on this page and hit "Update Contact" or hit "Deactivate Contact"
