Engagement Questions

The Engagement Questions report shows the averages of all engagement questions. View the questions on the y-axis and the score from 1 to 10 on the x-axis. Each engagement question is categorized into one of the 6 Dimensions (colors indicated below the graph). View the standard deviations for each question in the table below the graph.

Climate Questions

The Climate Questions report shows the averages of all climate questions. View the questions on the y-axis and the score from 1 to 10 on the x-axis. Each climate question is categorized into one of the 6 Dimensions (colors indicated below the graph). View the standard deviations for each question in the table below the graph. 

Climate Dimension

The Climate Dimension report shows the average score for each dimension. It uses the scores of all the climate questions that were asked in your surveys. If you hover over the bars in the graph you can see more statistics for each dimension. 

Practice Questions

The Practice Questions report shows the averages of all practice questions. View the questions on the y-axis and the score from 1 to 10 on the x-axis. Each practice question is categorized into one of the 6 Dimensions (colors indicated below the graph). View the standard deviations for each question in the table below the graph.

Open Text Responses

This report is where individual responses to open ended questions are recorded. It will show the exact feedback given by the contact in the "answer" column. You can search or filter these responses, and even download in a CSV file.

Open Text Tags

The Open Text Tags will report on the variety of tags you have applied to the Open Text Responses.

Additional Questions

The Additional Questions report shows the averages of all questions that were tagged as "additional" in the survey. These are questions that don't fall into one of the 6 Dimensions but were included in the survey. View the standard deviations for each question in the table below the graph.
