About Tasks

Not only does Encompass-CX help you determine problem areas you are having with your customers, but it also pushes and assists you to develop the steps to repair these areas in order to build more meaningful, trusting relationships. The task function is an innovative solution designed to help you strengthen the relationships with your customers and accounts by helping to identify issues, generate action plans, and follow up with resolutions once the solutions are implemented. 

Tasks are enacted by triggers, automatically sending emails when a survey response meets the criteria identified as the trigger. For example, when a customer gives a low score on a certain question, the user in charge of that relationship receives the trigger email and the task is opened.
