Encompass-CX allows you to utilize benchmarks on Overall SEQ reports to compare your organization's information side by side with averages, goals, and more. Use this page to manage benchmark data and visibility:

Add a new benchmark: Click on the plus button, add values, click "Create Benchmark"

Edit benchmark: Click on the edit icon for the benchmark you want to edit, edit values, click "Update Benchmark"

Delete benchmark: Click on the trash can icon for the benchmark you want to delete, confirm deletion in the pop up

Applying a benchmark on reports: When viewing SEQ reports, under the filter option, select the "Compare" button, select "Benchmarks" then use the dropdown option to select the name of the benchmark you wish to use
