Download Data

Encompass-CX allows you to download your account data into a CSV file for review and analysis.

1. Click the Accounts menu item

2. Click on download icon

1. Click on the Accounts menu item

2. In the Account's row, click either the share icon (to send the report via email) or the PDF icon (to display the report in a new tab). You can choose which surveys you would like to include in the report and change the receiving email address if needed.
