Download Data

Encompass-CX allows you to download your account data into a CSV file for review and analysis.

1. Click the Accounts tab

2. Click on the three dots icon on the right of the screen. Choose "Download CSV Data" from the drop-down options

3. Your CSV file will begin downloading

1. Click on the Accounts tab

2. Next to your selected account, click either the share icon (to send the report via email) or the PDF icon (to display the report in a new tab). If you select the share icon, you can choose which surveys you would like to include in the report and change the receiving email address if needed

3. Click "Create Report"
