Depending on your client settings, you may see a notification box on your Dashboard titled "Incomplete Surveys." This notification contains a "Check Incomplete Surveys" button, which will take you to a page containing all of your contacts that have not completed their surveys yet. This page has instructions on how to send personalized reminders to these contacts.
Only contacts who have received all automatic reminders from Encompass-CX will appear here. From this page, you will be able to send these contacts a personalized reminder email. This will help you increase your response rate and obtain as many responses as possible.
