General login:

Go to app.encompass-cx.com. Enter your email address and password. You may be required to complete two-factor authentication.

If you are a new user or need to reset your login information:

Go to app.encompass-cx.com and click on the New User button.

Enter your email address and hit submit. If that email address is found in the system, you will receive an email invitation to set up your login information. Set up your new login information and complete two-factor authentication if needed to access the platform.

If you do not receive an email invitation, contact your Admin or email us at help@encompass-cx.com.

If your company uses Okta or Azure to login, you can use those buttons.
