If you are in an admin or manager role, you can find the My Team Summary page under the Team tab. The My Team Summary page contains data about how your team is performing with their contacts. 

Compare your team's average SEQ score to your company's, view your team's SEQ vs. Value chart, understand your team's top practices and bottom practices, and view all of the individual results that are included in these reports. 

This is a great place to better understand your team's relationships with clients. Use the practices section to understand overarching practices that your team can improve on.
