Open Task Reminder

As an Admin, you can send a reminder email to users who have open tasks. To do so, follow the steps below:


Open your Team Tasks page via the menu.


Use the filters if needed, then select "Notify Users" and choose the "Reminder from Encompass-CX" or "Send from my email" option.


Option 1: "Reminder from Encompass-CX" will open a pop up that allows you to deselect certain users from the list, if desired. Then, click "Confirm & Send." If a user has not accepted their invitation yet, the system will send them an email with the link to sign up.


Option 2: "Send from my email" will open a pre-drafted email in your own email server. This will put the user email addresses as BCC'ed so the emails remain anonymous. You can edit the drafted email and send it to users.
