Reporting Groups
Edit, view, and add new reporting groups. Similar to Org Levels, Reporting Groups are a means of viewing survey responses, accounts, and contacts. Reporting Groups are a very flexible means of aggregating responses; whereas Org Levels aggregate along predefined organizational structures.
Use the “Go to Reporting Groups: Get Started” button to view, edit, and delete current reporting groups (click on the reporting group name you wish to manage). Under the three dots on this page, you can create a new reporting group based on set conditions, download all current reporting groups, and delete multiple reporting groups via upload.
Use the “Quick Reporting Group: Get Started” button to create a new reporting group with contact and user selection. Follow the steps in this process to create a new group.
