Your organization may request that you complete self-assessments prior to viewing your survey results. This can help you to identify gaps in your perception versus your client's perception of the customer relationship.
Your pending self-assessments will be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to Encompass-CX. Click on the blue button containing the contact's name and response date to begin the self-assessment.
You can also view and complete your self-assessments on the Responses page. To do so, click on the blank square under the "Self Assessment" column.
Be sure to save your responses when completed. You will then be able to see your contact's responses. Note: only the indicated response owner will be able to complete the self-assessment.
