Self Assessments

Your organization may request that you complete self-assessments prior to viewing your survey results. This can help you to identify gaps in your perception vs. your client's perception of the relationship.

Your pending self-assessments will be displayed in your To-do Section when you log in to Encompass-CX. Click "View" to see your pending self-assessments. Click "Complete" to take each self-assessment.

You can also view and complete your self-assessments on the Responses page. To do so, click on the blank square under the "Self Assessment" column.

Be sure to save your responses when completed. You will then be able to see your contact's responses. Note: only the indicated response owner will be able to complete the self-assessment.
