Overall SEQ Score
The Overall SEQ Score report averages all of the SEQ scores from individual survey responses.
A relationship survey contains questions categorized into 6 Relationship Dimensions. Scores for each question are weighted based on their Relationship Dimension, and the output of that calculation is a score between 1 - 100. Each contact receives an individual SEQ Score which is averaged to generate an average SEQ score.
Note: If your organization has the "Rolling Score" feature then this will be an average of all contact's rolling scores, not individual survey responses.
Overall Response Score
The Overall Response Score report will only appear if your organization has chosen our "Rolling Score" feature. This report averages all of the SEQ scores based on individual survey responses.

SEQ vs. Value
The SEQ vs. Value report displays contact SEQ scores vs. that contact's account value. The report helps identify what type of relationships you have with high-value accounts.
SEQ by User
The SEQ by User report shows SEQ scores for each user.
SEQ by Account
The SEQ by Account report shows SEQ scores for each account.
SEQ by Account Field
The SEQ by Account Field report shows SEQ scores by the categories that make up a certain account field. Use the dropdown in the top left to change the field.
SEQ by Contact Field
The SEQ by Contact Field report shows SEQ scores by the categories that make up a certain contact field. Use the dropdown in the top left to change the field.
Financial Risk Monitor
The Financial Risk Monitor report shows the amount of account value in each relationship level. The number in the middle of the pie chart will show you the total value across all your accounts in Encompass-CX. The table below the graph will show the value in each relationship level.
