You may notice that some of the icons listed next to your contact are filled while others are unfilled. The different icons are used to distinguish between a Calculated SEQ Score vs. an Estimated SEQ Score. 

For surveys that do not ask all questions required to generate the Calculated Score, Encompass-CX uses scoring techniques to provide an Estimated Score, which is still a good indicator of relationship health and distinguishes a contact between Trusted Advisor, Predisposed, Transactional, and Antagonistic.
