Encompass-CX looks over your data and survey responses and suggests practices (behaviors) to improve your relationships and offers tips and suggestions on how to do it. These tactics serve as a starting place for building action plans to improve client relationships. 

Go to a survey response, then navigate to the "Suggestions" tab. Then, select the "Tactics" tab. If your account has assigned tactics, you will see them here.

Use these tactics to make improvements in your relationships. You should see improvements in your score over time as you put these suggestions into practice.
