Gap Analysis

The Gap Analysis report displays the percentages of each type of gap between a client response and a relationship owner self-assessment. An Agreed Strength is when the client and the relationship owner both give a high score to a question. This is a part of the relationship that is going well and both parties recognize that, congrats!  An Agreed Weakness is when the client and the relationship owner both give a low score. This is a weakness within the relationship, but both parties have recognized that, give these pieces some focus to secure the relationship. A Blind Spot is when the client gives a low score but the relationship owner gives a high score. These parts of the relationship should be focused on with priority because the relationship owner is unaware of the client’s perceptions. An Undervalued Advantage is when the client gives a high score but the relationship owner gives a low score. This is a piece of the relationship that is going well, but now the relationship owner can now recognize that the client thinks it's going well.
